Our all new plate/shim set for the A800X LS1/LS2 Steering Rack.
This is the easiest, fastest and most convenient way to change the ackerman on your A800/A800X. Get in, make that change and get out again, the only way to test such a fine-tuning setup option such as ackerman!
1 set includes enough range from 1mm to 4.5mm:
- 1mm Plate
- 1.5mm Plate
- 2mm Plate
Requiring a smaller OD than normal shim, it can be hard to find the right size shim to fit.
Changing shims can also be time consuming, as you need to remove the rack or risk cross-threading the rack as you screw the ball-studs in on an angle.
This set of plates solves both of those problems, leaving you to tinker at speed 'til your heart's content.
